Designing your textile to order - flexibility, speed and commercial upsides

Yarns

We source our materials from all over the world and have access to beneficial terms, reasonable prices and good quality yarns from our intricate network of suppliers. All suppliers have been thoroughly vetted and our supply chain thus lives up to the highest standards in terms of CSR. We can source a wide range of materials like polyester, polyamide, cotton, wool, modal, viscose, acetate, tencel, bamboo and elastane - in principle all yarn types are possible. If your business has a specific need we will be able to comply to your requests.

Colours available

Predominantly we deliver our finished and semi-finished textile solutions in colours white, black or tan. Yarns can be made pre-dyed or piece-dyed and in principle all colours are possible. If your business has a specific need we will be able to comply to your requests.

Integrating features

Because of our intricate production set-up and wealth of external partners we are able to integrate many different kinds of features in our textile solutions. Our solutions can include breathability, electrical conductivity properties, derma friendliness, stretchability (both 2 and 4-way), thermal qualities, anti-bacterial attributes, hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties as well as compression – throughout or targeted. Knitting programme capabilities

Our skilled designers use at variety of programmes to generate machine-knit patterns electronically. These programmes allow them to integrate comfort which augment the pleasure of wearing devices and wearables in general. The can also sculpted meticulous shapes – e.g. conical and anatomical – and they can help offset the all feelings of discomfort in relations to fixation of external objects. The programmes are also used to make and visualise careful designs, patterns, textures and features. 

Post-production treatments

We are able to make special solutions for attachment of devices and articles. At our production facilities our engineers have a wide variety of technologies at their disposal such as ultrasound and mechanical bonding machinery. Our in-house experienced sewing department also have many options in regards to fixation of external objects and by way of automated cutting and punching truly unique possibilities exist. Moreover, we are able to integrate an abundance of properties by way of prints, chemical treatments, coloring, washes and dyes.
