ZEFYR INVEST, DENMARK HAS ACQUIRED TYTEX GROUP TOGETHER WITH CEO JAN DAM

Zefyr Invest is an investment cooperation between a number of families from Denmark. Zefyr Invest primarily invests in medium-sized industrial production companies in connection with transfer of ownership, where Zefyr Invest through a majority ownership can contribute to continuing and developing the existing strategy during a long-term ownership.
